How it works
Four stages remove support: the full line, missing key words, first-letter hints, then the meaning with the English line hidden. Speak each line and review word-level feedback.
- Rehearse practical two-person dialogues rather than isolated flashcards.
- Listen to a model reading, record a line and compare it with your own playback.
- Tap words for included definitions and pronunciation.
- Return to completed dialogues through spaced repetition.
Free and paid access
Free download. The first two dialogues of one situation in each domain are available through all four levels. Optional Pro opens the full dialogue library and additional voice packs, with monthly, yearly or one-time lifetime options.
Privacy
Speech recognition runs on the device. Session recordings are not uploaded to the developer and are deleted when you leave the session. No account is required. Feedback is sent only when you choose to submit it.
A review starting point
A review can use one everyday conversation, show the four levels side by side, and ask whether less visible text makes independent recall easier. It is structured private rehearsal, rather than a live tutor or open-ended AI chat.
Unscript practises English; interface and meaning translations do not mean it teaches every interface language. It does not provide a live human partner. Speech recognition requires a supported device configuration.
